In line with our mission to promote equity, justice, good leadership, and support for all, EQUITY MINDS FOR GOOD LEADERSHIP AND SUPPORT DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION (EM-GLADS) is pleased to inform all members and stakeholders that a Confidential Rights Violation Reporting and Support Platform has been established.
This platform is designed to provide a safe and confidential channel for any member who feels unfairly treated, discriminated against, cheated, or denied their rights by an individual, government body, company, or institution to report such experiences for review and possible support.
All reports submitted will be:
Treated with strict confidentiality
Carefully reviewed by the EM-GLADS team
Handled professionally, ethically, and responsibly
Please note that EM-GLADS does not replace law enforcement agencies or the courts. Our role is to provide guidance, advocacy, mediation support, and referrals to appropriate authorities or partners where necessary.
Members are encouraged to use this platform responsibly and truthfully, in the spirit of justice, peace, and constructive engagement.
